Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Mix garlic and herbs in a bowl. Coat each piece of dough in the garlic herb mixture.
- Arrange the dough pieces in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
