- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened butter and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
- Add chopped parsley and salt on top.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a golden finish.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the butter mixture.
- You can use any cheese you prefer.
- Wrap leftovers in foil and store in the refrigerator.
