Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
- Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and rosemary on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Experiment with other toppings like olives or sun-dried tomatoes.
