Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
  7. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
  8. Sprinkle minced garlic and rosemary on top.
  9. Drizzle with olive oil and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Cool before slicing.
