Ingredients

- 500g halal ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onions, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Add cheese on top of patties in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and sauces.
- Serve hot.
