Fudgy Brookies are a delicious combination of brownies and cookies.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add chocolate chips to the cookie batter.
- Spread the brownie batter in a greased pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie batter on top of the brownie layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
- These can be frozen for up to three months.
- For extra flavor, add nuts to the brownie batter.
