Description
Fried olives served with a creamy labneh dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup labneh
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the olives and pat dry.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each olive in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the olives until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix labneh, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve the fried olives with the labneh dip.
Notes
- Use a mix of green and black olives for variety.
- Adjust the seasoning in the labneh dip to your taste.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
