Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.

- Make smaller or larger balls as preferred.
