Description

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Put bread cubes in the dish.
  3. Mix eggs milk cream sugar and vanilla.
  4. Pour the mix over the bread.
  5. Cover the dish.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 8 hours.
  7. Mix flour brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Cut in the butter.
  9. Spread crumbs over the bread.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  • Serve with syrup.
