Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until soft.
- Add shredded chicken and fajita seasoning. Mix well and heat through.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Layer chicken mixture, lettuce, salsa, and cheese on each tortilla.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add avocado or sour cream.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
