Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add chopped spinach, tomatoes, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a muffin tin.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
