Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown steak in the pan for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove steak from the pan and set it aside.
  5. Melt butter in the same skillet.
  6. Add zucchini and garlic to the pan.
  7. Saute zucchini for 5 minutes until tender.
  8. Return steak to the pan and toss with oregano.
  9. Serve the dish while hot.
