Description
This meal features steak bites and zucchini cooked in garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak cubed
- 2 medium zucchinis sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Brown steak in the pan for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove steak from the pan and set it aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet.
- Add zucchini and garlic to the pan.
- Saute zucchini for 5 minutes until tender.
- Return steak to the pan and toss with oregano.
- Serve the dish while hot.

- Cut steak into even sizes for uniform cooking.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to get a good sear.
