  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar for topping
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Boil sweet potato chunks in water until soft.
  2. Drain water and put potatoes in a bowl.
  3. Mash potatoes.
  4. Mix in butter milk sugar vanilla and eggs.
  5. Put mixture into a pan.
  6. Combine flour sugar butter and pecans in a bowl.
  7. Put pecan mixture on potatoes.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • You can use canned sweet potatoes to save time.
  • Prepare the base early and keep it cold.
  • Put marshmallows on top for sweetness.
