- 4 large sourdough bread rolls
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the tops off the bread rolls and remove the soft inside to create a bowl.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it inside the bread bowls.
- Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Boil a pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the marinara sauce.
- Fill each toasted bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
