Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen vegetable potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place frozen potstickers in the pan and cook until bottoms turn golden.
  3. Add bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet.
  4. Pour in two tablespoons of water and cover with a lid for three minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and add soy sauce ginger and garlic.
  6. Toss all ingredients together until the sauce coats the food.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

  • Use any frozen dumpling variety you prefer.
