These mini pizzas fit in a muffin tin. You get a crispy crust and melted cheese in every bite.

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 mini pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease your muffin tin with olive oil.
- Roll the dough on a flat surface.
- Cut the dough into 12 small circles.
- Press one dough circle into each muffin cup.
- Spoon one tablespoon of sauce into each cup.
- Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
- Place pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the crust turns golden.
- Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes.
