- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup crushed pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a carrot form.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed pecans to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
