- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix butter, 2 cups flour, and 0.5 cup sugar.
- Press dough into a pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, remaining sugar, flour, and juice.
- Pour over the crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool the bars before you cut them.
