Description

- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water.
- Cook the pasta.
- Add the broccoli to the water during the last three minutes.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli.
- Heat the oil in the pot.
- Add the garlic and pepper flakes.
- Cook for one minute.
- Return the pasta and broccoli to the pot.
- Toss the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with cheese before you serve.
Notes
- You can use frozen broccoli.
- Add lemon juice for flavor.
- Use nutritional yeast for a vegan version.
