- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees
- Mix cake mix water oil and eggs in a bowl
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes
- Poke holes across the cake with a wooden spoon handle
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the holes
- Chill the cake in your fridge for 2 hours
- Spread whipped topping over the cake
- Add sprinkles on top
