Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
