These ground beef enchiladas use one pan for cleanup. You make a meal for your family.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- Brown the beef in a skillet
- Add onion and garlic
- Drain the fat from your pan
- Stir in 1 cup of sauce
- Fill each tortilla with beef
- Roll the tortillas and place in the pan
- Pour sauce over the top
- Top with cheese
- Bake your dish for 20 minutes
Notes
- Use corn tortillas for a gluten free option
- Add jalapeños for heat
- Serve with cilantro
