A simple and comforting baked casserole using frozen dumplings.
Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen dumplings (16 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add frozen dumplings and mixed vegetables to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until dumplings are cooked and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked chicken for extra protein.
- You can use any frozen vegetables you like.
