A rich and decadent chocolate pie inspired by the flavors of Dubai.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 50g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate.
