Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark and milk chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
  7. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
