Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown.
  2. Drain the fat from the pan.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery to the skillet.
  4. Cook the vegetables until they are soft.
  5. Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute.
  6. Add the rice, beef broth, Cajun seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  8. Turn the heat to low and cover the pan.
  9. Simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  10. Stir in the parsley and serve.
