Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Layer the cheese on the pie crust, leaving a border around the edge.
