- You strain your petals from your liquid.
- You mix your liquid with lemon juice and pectin in your pot.
- You bring your mixture to a boil.
- You stir in your sugar.
- You boil your mixture for one minute.
- You fill your jars with your liquid.
- You process your jars in a water bath for ten minutes.
