A delicious dessert made with croissants and a rich salted caramel sauce.
Ingredients

- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Add croissant pieces to the mixture and let soak for 15 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Top with extra salted caramel if desired.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
