Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Add croissant pieces to the mixture and let soak for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
