- 1 pound dried navy beans
- 6 cups water
- 0.5 cup molasses
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 0.5 pound chopped bacon
- 1 diced onion
Instructions
- Soak the beans in water overnight.
- Drain the beans.
- Rinse the beans.
- Put the beans in your crockpot.
- Add the water and molasses.
- Add the sugar and ketchup.
- Add the mustard and bacon.
- Add the onion.
- Stir the mixture.
- Cover the pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.

- Use canned beans to save time.
- Add more sugar for more sweetness.
