Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Mix rice vinegar and sea salt into the cooked rice.
  3. Spread the rice on a baking sheet and let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced tuna, sriracha, mayonnaise, and sesame oil.
  5. Shape the cooled rice into small squares.
