Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna Bites are a delightful combination of crunchy rice and flavorful spicy tuna.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Mix rice vinegar and sea salt into the cooked rice.
- Spread the rice on a baking sheet and let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine diced tuna, sriracha, mayonnaise, and sesame oil.
- Shape the cooled rice into small squares.
- Top each rice square with the spicy tuna mixture.
- Add avocado slices on top of the tuna.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.

- Use fresh sushi-grade tuna for best flavor.
- Adjust the spiciness by changing the amount of sriracha.
