Ingredients

  • Rice paper sheets – 10
  • Ground pork – 250g
  • Chopped cabbage – 100g
  • Chopped green onions – 50g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Oil for frying – as needed

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
  2. Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling on the center of each rice paper sheet.
  4. Fold the rice paper to form a flower shape.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the dumplings until golden and crispy on both sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve with dipping sauce.
