Description
Delicious and crispy rice paper dumplings shaped like flowers.
Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets – 10
- Ground pork – 250g
- Chopped cabbage – 100g
- Chopped green onions – 50g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Oil for frying – as needed
Instructions
- Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
- Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold the rice paper to form a flower shape.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the dumplings until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
