- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, mix breadcrumbs and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Toast breadcrumb mixture in a pan until golden.
- Blend soaked cashews, water, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
- Serve broccoli topped with chili breadcrumbs and cashew cream.
