Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a food processor, combine basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend while gradually adding olive oil until smooth.
  4. In a pan, heat the pesto over low heat.
  5. Add the heavy cream and stir until combined.
  6. Mix in the cooked gnocchi until well-coated.
  7. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.

Notes

  • Adjust the consistency of the pesto with more olive oil if needed.
