Description
This one-pan dish combines chicken and peppers in sauce. You can prepare it in 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Brown chicken on both sides
- Remove chicken from the pan
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute
- Pour in cream and juice
- Stir in peppers and simmer for 3 minutes
- Whisk in cheese until the sauce thickens
- Return chicken to the skillet

- Store leftovers for 3 days
- Serve your dish over pasta or rice
