Cranberry bliss bars are sweet and tangy dessert bars featuring cranberries and cream cheese.

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Bars can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
