  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool completely before frosting.
  10. For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
  11. Spread frosting over cooled bars.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
