Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Top the brie with cranberry sauce, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
  5. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it completely.
  6. Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
