A delicious appetizer featuring creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce.

- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it completely.
- Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Adjust sweetness by using more or less honey.
