Description
Delicious crab cakes served with a tangy Old Bay aioli.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the aioli, mix mayonnaise with Old Bay seasoning.
- Serve crab cakes with Old Bay aioli.

- Use fresh crab meat for best flavor.
- Chill patties before frying for better shape.
