- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in peas, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
- Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with mashed potatoes, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
