Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the corn into quarters lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
- Brush the mixture onto the corn ribs.
- Place the corn on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
