- 1 can of cream corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 package of corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained corn, cream corn, sour cream, shredded cheese, corn muffin mix, and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
