- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, and mixed vegetables.
- Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use leftover chicken for quick preparation.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
