- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Wash the rice in a bowl.
- Boil two cups of water.
- Add the rice and cook for fifteen minutes.
- Rub salt and pepper on the chicken.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the chicken until brown on both sides.
- Take the chicken out of the pan.
- Cook the garlic and ginger for one minute.
- Stir in the coconut milk and honey.
- Put the chicken back in the sauce.
- Simmer for five minutes.
- Place the chicken on the rice.
