Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Your choice of sandwich fillings (e.g., avocado, turkey, cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- In the bowl with egg yolks, add cream cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- In the other bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet in round shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before assembling your sandwich with desired fillings.
Notes
