  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 6 ounces strawberry gelatin mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 16 ounces frozen sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  5. Set the pan aside to cool completely.
  6. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  7. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spread this filling over the cooled crust.
  9. Seal the edges to prevent leaks.
  10. Chill the pan for 30 minutes.
  11. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
  12. Stir in the frozen strawberries.
  13. Let the mixture thicken slightly.
  14. Pour the strawberry topping over the cream cheese layer.
  15. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
