  • 15 ounces black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in your pot.
  2. Cook your onion and garlic for five minutes.
  3. Pour in your broth and tomatoes.
  4. Add your beans corn cumin and chili powder.
  5. Simmer the soup for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in your shredded chicken.
  7. Cook for five more minutes.
  8. Ladle your soup into bowls.
  9. Top with chips avocado and cheese.
