A deliciously sweet and moist cake that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half the cake batter into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the batter.
- Pour remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then mix powdered sugar and milk for icing and drizzle on top.
Notes
- Store leftover cake in an airtight container.
- This cake can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Customize with nuts or raisins if desired.
