Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pipe the dough into the hot oil, forming churros.
  6. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
  8. For the dip, heat heavy cream in a saucepan and add chocolate chips and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth.
