Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Pipe the dough into the hot oil, forming churros.
- Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
- For the dip, heat heavy cream in a saucepan and add chocolate chips and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth.
