Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) of red Jello
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) of green Jello
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve red Jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the red Jello mixture.
  3. Pour the red Jello into a 9×9 inch dish and refrigerate until set.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve green Jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
  5. Add 1 cup of cold water to the green Jello mixture.
  6. Once the red layer is set, pour the green Jello over it and refrigerate until set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and add chopped fruit if desired.
