Ingredients

- 12 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fill each date with the chocolate tahini mixture.
- Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
