Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. In a bowl, mix tahini, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fill each date with the chocolate tahini mixture.
  5. Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
