Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar.
  3. Add softened butter and milk, mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine chopped pistachios and chocolate chips.
  5. Take a small amount of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and shape into a ball.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
