- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Beat in eggs until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and pecans. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
